Best Buffalo Chicken Dip
by Paige White

I got this recipe from one of my friends, Angelina, and it is hands-down the best buffalo chicken dip I have ever personally had. It's definitely a "measure-with-your-heart" kind of recipe though, so the measurements below are simply suggestions. Adjust everything to your liking to make your own best buffalo chicken dip!

1 stick butter
1/2 to 1 cup of Frank's Red Hot (adjust to your liking)
2 (12.5 ounce) cans chicken (you can also use rotisserie, grilled, boiled etc.)
1/2 packet of ranch dressing seasoning
Heaping spoonful of sour cream
Colby jack and cheddar cheeses, measure with your heart

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt one stick of butter in the microwave.

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, hot sauce, chicken, half a packet of ranch seasoning, the spoonful of sour cream, and as much cheese as you'd like.

Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and top with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 or until cheese is melted and there's a slight crust on the edges and the dip is heated through.

Serve with pita chips, Fritos, or tortilla chips.

Note: If you'd like to skip the sour cream step, you can use ranch dressing in place of the sour cream and ranch seasoning packet.
